30 for 30 challenge

Last week my fabulous hair stylist Nicole told me about a fashion challenge called “30 for 30” started by blogger Kendi Everyday. You choose 30 articles of clothing to wear for 30 days. Accessories and coats don’t count but everything else does, including shoes. One more catch: no shopping. The whole point is to learn to be creative with what you have and remix your wardrobe. I decided to give it a shot as did 337 other bloggers. The challenge starts tomorrow so here are the 30 items I’ve chosen. It was pretty hard to part with some less mixable items I purchased this fall, so I decided to throw them in anyway (hence 2 leopard print pieces) and others are ones I’d like to work into my normal routine but haven’t quite figured out how (fur vest, full skirt). I’ll be posting some of my favorite ensembles so let me know what you think and wish me luck!

6 knit(ish) tops

2 blouses, 2 button-downs

3 dresses (a navy one is at the dry cleaner until tomorrow)

2 cardigans, 2 jackets, 2 furry

6 bottoms: 3 skirts, 2 pairs of jeans, 1 pair peg leg pants

5 pairs of shoes
