jeremy's

Shirt-J.Crew, skirt-Lil from Jeremy's, shoes-Theory
I used to live a few doors down from the Jeremy's Department Store in San Francisco. If you live in the Bay Area and have never been, go NOW. Their discounted designer selection is immense--the SF location has everything from Jimmy Choo's to Anthropologie dresses, and the Berkeley store typically has a lot of J.Crew. When I lived nearby I could pop in frequently to get first dibs on new arrivals, but now that I live further I only make it to the store every couple of months when I get my haircut by Nicole at Grasshopper Salon. During my last trip I scored a Dolce Vita skirt for $19 and this silk Anthropologie skirt for $30. I love the bright colors. It reminds me of pop art.

  6. Elisabeth! Why you gotta rub it in that you live in one of the US's most amazing cities and clearly have a ridiculous shopping goldmine at your disposal? Ok I'm over it and am happy for you now. But that skirt is too awesome. :)

  12. Well, it was more of a white cocktail dress than a full on wedding dress, but a deal nonetheless! I got married at the courthouse, so it didn't need to be fancy.
